The public evidence points to yes—Justin Bieber openly calls himself a follower of Jesus. He has described a personal belief in Christ, forgiveness, and grace. Still, we cannot see his heart. Only God knows whether any person’s faith is real.

What Justin Bieber has said about Jesus

In a 2020 Apple Music interview with Zane Lowe, Justin spoke about his relationship with God and Jesus. He said he was not trying to earn God’s love by doing good things. He described Jesus as the One who met him in his brokenness and pulled him out.

That is more specific than saying he is merely spiritual. Justin has spoken about Jesus dying for his sins, God’s forgiveness, and his desire to follow Christ. In another interview, he said, “I believe Jesus died on a cross for my sins.”

Justin has also said that he does not want to force his beliefs on others. He wants to tell his story and let people consider it for themselves.

Justin Drew Bieber was born in Ontario, Canada, in 1994. His mother, Pattie Mallette, raised him with Christian beliefs. He spoke about prayer and Christianity even during his early years of fame.

What the Bible says about being a Christian

You do not need to become famous, clean up your whole life first, or earn God’s attention. Come to Christ honestly. Confess your sin, trust His death and resurrection, and follow Him. Then begin reading the Bible—John’s Gospel is a good place to start—and find a faithful local church that teaches God’s Word.

A better question for the reader

It is natural to wonder about Justin Bieber’s religion. But knowing a celebrity’s beliefs cannot make us right with God. The more important question is personal: Am I trusting in Jesus Christ?

We can speak about public figures with truth and kindness. We can pray for them and their families. We should not gossip, diagnose them, or pretend to see their hearts. God knows them fully, and He knows us too.

Chappell Roan became a major pop star with bold costumes, theatrical performances, and songs about identity and relationships. Her childhood was very different from her stage image. She grew up in a conservative Christian home in Missouri.

Roan has spoken openly about that background. She has also made clear that she does not currently identify with the Christian church. Her story includes both appreciation for Christian community and pain connected to restrictions she felt growing up.

MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, built one of the largest audiences on the internet. His videos feature huge challenges, cash prizes, and charitable projects. Because he often gives money and help to others, many viewers wonder whether MrBeast is a Christian.

Donaldson was raised around evangelical Christianity and attended a Christian school. As an adult, however, he said he no longer identified as an evangelical Christian. He described himself as an agnostic theist.

Was MrBeast raised Christian?

Donaldson grew up in North Carolina, part of the region often called the Bible Belt. He attended Greenville Christian Academy. In a 2022 Rolling Stone profile, he discussed how strongly religion was taught during his childhood and school years.

That background exposed him to the Bible and Christian language. It also left him with serious questions. He rejected some ideas he heard while growing up, especially harsh claims about gay people. His story shows why Christians should present biblical truth with humility, love, and honesty.

What is an agnostic theist?

So, is MrBeast a Christian?

Based on his clearest public comments, MrBeast was raised evangelical but later stopped identifying that way. He described himself as an agnostic theist who believes God exists but is uncertain which religion is true.

Beliefs can change, and the interview was published in 2022. Unless Donaldson gives a newer clear statement, we should report what he said and avoid guessing about his heart today.

How does Christianity answer his question?

MrBeast’s question is shared by millions: if many religions exist, how can anyone know what is true?

Christianity does not merely offer moral rules. It makes a claim about a person in history. Jesus said, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). The Christian faith rises or falls on who Jesus is and whether He rose from the dead.

The Bible teaches that all of us have sinned (Romans 3:23). Money, fame, generosity, and religious effort cannot remove guilt before a holy God. Jesus died for sinners and rose again. God offers forgiveness to everyone who repents and trusts Christ.

John 3:16 promises eternal life to whoever believes in Jesus. Romans 10:9 says those who confess Jesus as Lord and believe in His resurrection will be saved. Christians are not saved because they solved every mystery. They are saved because Christ is trustworthy and gracious.

Only God knows where Jimmy Donaldson’s search will lead. We can pray that everyone with honest questions will examine Jesus, Scripture, and the evidence for the resurrection with an open heart.

The most honest answer is that Zendaya’s present religion is not publicly clear. Claims that she is definitely Christian, atheist, Buddhist, or anything else go beyond the evidence in trustworthy interviews.

We can say that church appears in her wider family background and that she speaks warmly about gratitude, hope, and service. We cannot say with confidence what she believes about Jesus Christ today.

Zendaya is a real person, not a character whose entire story belongs to the public. Only God knows her heart fully.

John 3:16 says whoever believes in Jesus has eternal life. Romans 10:9 teaches that those who confess Jesus as Lord and believe God raised Him from the dead will be saved. Real faith includes trusting Christ, turning from sin, and receiving His mercy.

We may not know Zendaya’s answer to the question of faith. We can still consider our own. The gospel invitation is open to celebrities and ordinary people alike.

Tom Holland is known around the world as Spider-Man. His fame has made people curious about almost every part of his life, including his religion. Some websites call him Catholic or Christian. But has Holland actually said that himself?

The careful answer is this: Holland attended Catholic schools while growing up in England, but he has not publicly given a clear, recent statement about his personal religious beliefs. A school background can shape someone, but it does not prove what that person believes today.

Was Tom Holland raised Catholic?

Holland grew up in southwest London. He attended Donhead Preparatory School, a Catholic school for boys, and later attended Wimbledon College, a Jesuit Catholic school. British GQ also described him as having gone to a Catholic school.

That gives us solid information about his education. It likely means he learned about Catholic prayers, traditions, and teachings as a child. Still, many students attend religious schools for family, academic, or local reasons. Attendance alone does not tell us whether someone personally trusts Christ.

Has Tom Holland called himself a Christian?

Holland keeps much of his private life out of interviews. He speaks more often about acting, family, health, charity, and the pressures of fame. Reliable public interviews do not give us enough evidence to confidently label his present faith.

This is where a respectful article must stop. We should not turn an old school record into a testimony that Holland has never given. We also should not assume he has rejected Christianity simply because he rarely discusses it.

Is Catholic the same as Christian?

Catholics identify as Christians because they believe in Jesus Christ and use the Bible. Catholic churches teach about the Trinity, the death and resurrection of Jesus, prayer, baptism, and other historic Christian beliefs.

There are important disagreements between Catholics and Protestants. They differ on church authority, tradition, the pope, Mary, the saints, and how certain parts of salvation are explained. Yet the word Christian is broader than the word Catholic. A person can be Catholic and Christian, though simply carrying either label does not tell us the condition of the heart.

So, what is Tom Holland’s religion?

The best-supported conclusion is that Tom Holland received a Catholic education. It is possible that he considers himself Catholic or Christian, but his present beliefs are private. We should not claim more than the evidence allows.

Only God knows every person completely. Fame does not give the public access to someone’s thoughts, motives, or relationship with God. That is true for Holland, and it is true for all of us.

What does the gospel say?

The larger question is not whether a celebrity went to a Christian school. It is whether each of us has been made right with God through Jesus.

The Bible teaches that all people have sinned and fall short of God’s glory (Romans 3:23). Good works, family history, church attendance, and religious education cannot erase sin. Salvation is God’s gift, received by grace through faith rather than earned by works (Ephesians 2:8–9).

Jesus died for sinners and rose from the dead. John 3:16 says God loved the world and gave His Son so that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. Romans 10:9 says that if you confess Jesus as Lord and believe God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

We do not need to solve Tom Holland’s private beliefs to respond to Christ ourselves. The invitation of the gospel is personal: turn from sin, trust Jesus, and receive the mercy God freely offers.

Dolly Parton’s religion became a question for many fans because she often spoke about God, prayer, Jesus, and heaven. She also once said, “I’m not that religious, but I am very spiritual.” So, was Dolly Parton a Christian?

The short answer is that Dolly Parton publicly identified with the Christian faith. Her words, songs, and stories from childhood all point to a belief in God and Jesus Christ. Still, we should be careful. We can study what she said in public, but only God knew her heart. This article is not a claim about her eternal soul.

What Dolly Parton said about her faith

Dolly did not hide her belief in God. After her husband, Carl Dean, died in 2025, she told the Associated Press, “I am a person of faith.” She said she believed she would see him again one day.

Prayer was also part of her daily life. In a 2009 National Press Club interview, Dolly said, “I still don’t do anything without praying and asking for direction.”

At the same time, she did not always like the word religious. In the podcast Dolly Parton’s America, she said, “I’m not that religious, but I am very spiritual.” She had painful memories connected to church, and she did not want to force her beliefs on other people.

Those statements are not as different as they may sound. Dolly seemed to use religion to mean rules or a church system. She used faith to describe her trust in God, her habit of prayer, and her hope of heaven.

Dolly Parton’s Christian upbringing

Dolly Rebecca Parton was born on January 19, 1946, in rural East Tennessee. She was the fourth of 12 children. Her grandfather, Jake Owens, was a Pentecostal preacher. Church music and Bible stories were a large part of her childhood.

That background stayed with her. She recorded gospel music throughout her career. Her 1971 album Golden Streets of Glory focused on Christian songs. Many years later, she worked on songs such as “God Only Knows” with for KING & COUNTRY and “There Was Jesus” with Zach Williams.

Dolly died on August 25, 2026, at age 80. She left behind famous songs such as “Jolene,” “9 to 5,” “Coat of Many Colors,” and “I Will Always Love You.” She also left a large record of talking about faith.

Was Dolly Parton a Christian?

Based on her public words, yes—Dolly Parton described a Christian belief in God, Jesus, prayer, and heaven. She grew up Pentecostal, recorded gospel music, and called herself a person of faith.

But that answer needs an important limit. Calling someone a Christian is not the same as knowing that person’s standing before God. We cannot see another person’s heart. We also cannot know everything that happened between a person and God in private.

Dolly’s public views did not fit neatly inside every Christian group. Some believers agreed with her ideas about love and acceptance. Others disagreed with some of her public positions. Those debates may tell us something about her opinions, but they do not give us the right to act as judge over her soul.

The fair answer is this: Dolly publicly spoke as a Christian. God alone knew her heart completely.

Did Dolly Parton’s good works make her a Christian?

Dolly was known for kindness and giving. Her Imagination Library has mailed more than 300 million free books to young children. She also helped families and communities in times of need.

Those are wonderful acts of love. But the Bible says good works cannot earn salvation. Ephesians 2:8–9 says we are saved by grace through faith, not by our works. Good works can be the fruit of faith, but they are not the price of heaven.

The same is true for every person. Fame does not save us. Giving money does not save us. Growing up in church does not save us. Even singing gospel songs does not save us. We need Jesus.

What the Bible says about every one of us

The Bible does not divide the world into famous sinners and ordinary good people. It says, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).

God’s law helps us see that truth. Have we ever lied? Have we used God’s name without honor? Have we wanted what belonged to someone else? Have we failed to love God first and love our neighbor as ourselves?

If we answer honestly, we have all broken God’s commands. Dolly Parton needed God’s mercy. You and I need the same mercy. None of us can point to our kindness, religion, or success and say that God owes us heaven.

The gospel, plain and clear

The word gospel means good news. God made us and loves us, but our sin separates us from Him. The result of sin is death and judgment. We cannot repair that broken relationship by trying harder.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came to save sinners. He lived without sin. He died on the cross and took the punishment sinners deserve. Then He rose from the dead. Jesus is alive, and He offers forgiveness and eternal life as a gift.

Romans 5:8 says, “While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 10:9 says that if you confess Jesus as Lord and believe God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

To receive this gift, turn from sin and trust in Jesus Christ. Do not trust in your record. Trust in His finished work. Prayer does not save you, and perfect words do not save you. Jesus saves.

Can we know where Dolly Parton is now?

We should not pretend to know what God has not shown us. We know what Dolly said in public. We do not know every private prayer, thought, or final moment of her life. God judges with perfect truth and perfect justice.

Her death should not become a reason for gossip. It should remind us that life is short. Hebrews 9:27 says that each person will die and then face judgment. The right question is not only, “Was Dolly Parton a Christian?” We should also ask, “Am I trusting in Jesus Christ?”

How Christians can respond

We can thank God for the beauty, humor, generosity, and music Dolly shared. We can pray for her family, friends, and fans as they grieve. We can also speak about her faith with care, without turning memories into claims that only God can make.

Most of all, we can take the hope of the gospel seriously. If you have never trusted Christ, you can turn to Him today. Tell Him the truth about your sin. Ask for mercy. Put your trust in Jesus, who died and rose again. Then read the Bible, begin with the Gospel of John, and find a faithful local church that teaches God’s Word.
